Hello, I’m Melissa – the person behind Kettering Cleaner. After many years as a Primary School Teacher and then a Childminder, I’ve developed an eye for detail, organisation, and efficiency. Now that my own children are older and off to school and pre-school, I’ve shifted my focus to something I’ve always enjoyed – cleaning and helping others maintain their homes and properties.
Cleaning isn’t just about making things look tidy; it’s about creating a fresh, welcoming environment that feels good to be in. I pride myself on delivering exceptional results, no matter how big or small the job. Opposed to the industry standard, I don’t believe in charging by the hour. Instead, I focus on delivering outstanding results every single time. That means you can trust me to get the job done properly, without watching the clock.
A family venture
Kettering Cleaner is a family venture that allows me to balance my professional life with my role as a mum. Becoming a cleaner gives me the flexibility to work during the hours my daughters are at school, so I can be there for school drop-offs, pick-ups, and everything in between. This approach enables me to prioritise family while also dedicating myself to providing excellent cleaning services.
I also work closely with my husband, who runs handyman and landscaping businesses in the local area. Together, we’re committed to supporting each other’s ventures and offering practical, reliable services to make your home or property the best it can be.
